I’m Chris Russell-Jones, and I am a Wellness & Resilience Life Coach and Mindfulness Teacher helping people navigate life from a place of emotional awareness and intuitive knowing.

Typically I work with men in their 40s who are at a crossroads in life, perhaps relating to work, relationships, family, health, or wanting to discover their passions and purpose in life.

I work with curiosity, calm and insight to support clients on a journey of self-discovery, finding new ways of being that are less focussed on thinking, and are more in tune with their emotional and intuitive selves.

I offer a space of non-judgmental listening and reflection to help you express and create more order out of your situation. This is the building blocks on which we delve deeper to find a way through into a fuller life.

While I don’t work with rigid goals, I regularly bring us back to your intentions — what you want from coaching and where your leading edge is. This supports clarity, momentum, and progress.

I work with curiosity and intuition to facilitate sessions, to open up new areas of exploration, and to help you gain fresh insights.

I use coaching tools where useful to help deepen and focus our work. These tools can be used within the coaching sessions and can also be taken away and used independently, meaning you are leaving the sessions with familiar tools to support you whenever needed.

Individual Coaching

Coaching helps you discover more about yourself and what really matters to you - not only from a logical perspective, also from a deep soul-level perspective, that incorporates your emotional body and your intuition.

If you are feeling stuck with something in life and looking for a way forward, coaching can help you go into and find your way through the challenge, and evolve into a fuller life!

Mindfulness Courses

I provide 1:1 and group Mindfulness Training Courses which are usually structured over 8 weekly sessions.

Mindfulness sessions consist of guided meditations, mindfulness practices such as mindful walking and eating, inner enquiry, and other reflective practices.

There is substantial scientific research demonstrating the benefits of 8 week mindfulness courses on many mental and physical health conditions.

Workshops for Awareness & Connection

I hold supportive workshop spaces where participants can deepen their awareness of and connection with them-selves, their emotions, and their intuition. Workshops may include breathwork, meditation, movement, manifestation exercises, and sharing spaces.

Sharing Circles

I help facilitate a sharing space for men in

Sharing Circles offer a safe, supportive space for people to share, be heard, and connect with others on similar journeys. It’s an opportunity for reflection, insight, and mutual encouragement.

"The root of the word courage is cor—the Latin word for heart. In one of its earliest forms, the word courage had a very different definition than it does today.

Courage originally meant “To speak one’s mind by telling all one’s heart.” Over time, this definition has changed, and, today, courage is more synonymous with being heroic.

Heroics is important and we certainly need heroes, but I think we’ve lost touch with the idea that speaking honestly and openly about who we are, about what we’re feeling, and about our experiences (good and bad) is the definition of courage.

Heroics is often about putting our life on the line. Ordinary courage is about putting our vulnerability on the line. In today’s world, that’s pretty extraordinary."
