Russell-Jones
I’m Chris Russell-Jones, and I offer client-led coaching to support people through personal transformation in health, wellbeing, and self-discovery.
My approach is grounded in deep listening, mindfulness, and embodied awareness — shaped by my own journey through anxiety, chronic health challenges, high-performance leadership, and spiritual awakening.
I work with clients who are navigating stress, emotional disconnection, or overthinking, and help them move toward clarity, balance, and authentic living.
I support those going through awakenings and mid-life transitions, to discover their core values, purpose and meaning, and create lives that feel truly aligned.
I'm currently completing a two-year diploma in coaching for wellness and resilience, accredited by the UK Association for Coaching.

My methods
MY METHODS
Deep Listening & Reflection
I offer a space of deep, non-judgmental listening. I reflect back what I hear to ensure I have understood key themes — and so you can hear back your own thoughts. This alone can be powerfully healing.
Focus, Intention & Gentle Structure
While I don’t work with rigid goals, I regularly bring us back to your intentions — what you want from coaching and what’s shifting for you. This supports clarity, momentum, and meaningful progress.
Curiosity, Intuition & Open-Ended Exploration
I work with curiosity and intuition to guide sessions organically, using open-ended questions that support deeper insight, emotional honesty, and space to explore what really matters to you.
Coaching Tools
I draw on a range of adaptable coaching tools to bring focus and insight to our sessions — for example, the Wheel of Life, the Relationship Audit, Journaling, Meditation, and Cognitive Behavioural Coaching. These tools support clients in exploring the interplay between thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and physical sensations in the body, building greater self-awareness and clarity, and laying the groundwork for inner transformation.

Individual Coaching
Coaching helps you reconnect with yourself and move towards what you truly want. We explore your inner landscape—thoughts, emotions, and patterns—to bring greater clarity, ease, and flow to the areas of life that feel stuck.

O2
Group work
Group work creates a safe, supportive space for people to share, be heard, and connect with others on similar journeys. It’s an opportunity for reflection, insight, and mutual encouragement.

From Brene Brown The gifts of imperfection:
"The root of the word courage is cor—the Latin word for heart. In one of its earliest forms, the word courage had a very different definition than it does today.
Courage originally meant “To speak one’s mind by telling all one’s heart.” Over time, this definition has changed, and, today, courage is more synonymous with being heroic.
Heroics is important and we certainly need heroes, but I think we’ve lost touch with the idea that speaking honestly and openly about who we are, about what we’re feeling, and about our experiences (good and bad) is the definition of courage.
Heroics is often about putting our life on the line. Ordinary courage is about putting our vulnerability on the line. In today’s world, that’s pretty extraordinary."

Workshops
I hold supportive workshop spaces where people can deepen their connection to themselves and expand their wellbeing toolkit. Sessions often include breathwork, meditation, manifestation, and yoga—offering space for inner exploration, embodiment, and transformation.
These workshops draw on my accreditation as a Kundalini Yoga instructor, alongside many years of experience in practices such as Chi Gung, Wim Hof breathwork and cold exposure, and various forms of meditation.

Coming from a competitive sports background, the injury that ended up making me give up my career was a hard blow. With therapy, I was able to start building my identity around other things than just sport.
